Features

The rewinder is used for vertical cut of paper with weight of 125-300g/m2 that is initially wound on paper machine and reminding it into finished paper roll that meets the requirements of width and tightness.
Operation principle of the machine is shown as following: Place paper web removed from paper winder on paper back stand, paper back stand equips DC motor and photoelectric encoder, controls constant tension of system by control system of tension transducer and makes quick brake when paper breakage. Paper web is guided out downward from withdrawal paper roll along paper guide roll, is guided to longitudinal cutting device for longitudinal cutting by arc roll, passes tension sensing roll, an arc roll and support roll and rolls on paper drum, paper drum rotates by relying on the drive of two support rolls and drives whole paper web forward.
The machine is normally placed behind paper winder, and can be installed independently. It can be divided into two layout ways of left (Z) and right (Y). Facing paper out direction, rewinder whose drive position is at its right side is Y type rewinder and that whose drive position is at its left side is Z type.
