Features:

The moulded pulp tableware are produced with wood pulp,bagasse,bamboo pulp,reed pulp or straw pulp. After pulping, screening and refining process, the pulp will be adjusted to a certain consistency, and then it will be formed on the mold of the forming machine by vacuum suction. The final moulded pulp tableware can be produced then after drying, pressing,trimming,die-cutting and sterilizing.?
Moulded pulp tableware has high requirement on the output, hygiene and surface finishing, so the moulded pulp tableware machines that was developed are with large platen size, fully automatic control, high precision platen machining, high precision mold processing and intelligent temperature control. With all these characteristics, molded pulp tableware machine from us improved drastically the production efficiency, safety and product quality, and lowered the labor cost.

Technical Specifications:

1.	Platen size: 1350 × 1250mm, hydraulic cylinder, the lifting stroke of lower mold plate is 600mm, minimum shut height is 50mm.
2.	Hot-pressing upper and lower mold is driven by hydraulic cylinder, maximum pressure is 35T, lifting stroke is 450mm, and minimum shut height is 50 mm. Match with Circulating cooling system.
3.	Heating method: electric heating, fixed fine casted Aluminum heating plate, maximum heating power is 100kw.
4.	Control system: PLC + touch screen control, the main electrical components are in Siemens brand. Hydraulic pressure is controlled by proportional valve, positioned precisely by electronic ruler.
5.	Pulp tank is made of stainless steel; Double-sided overflow.
6.	Forming method: Full-automatic reciprocating molding.
7.	Drying method: full automatic internal mould drying, forming drying, pressing process are completed in one machine automatically and continuously.
8.	The main dynamical system: hydraulic system, components is Rexroth brand in Germany.
9.	Products range: height: ≤ 150MM，thickness ≤1.5MM.
10.	Forming efficiency: 0 to 100 seconds/drop (Depending on the products).
11.	All pipes (gas & water & pulp pipe) are made of stainless steel; vacuum and compressed air tank on the top of the machine are made of stainless steel.

Introduction of main equipments:

Pulping system:

1.	Hydrapulper:This type of paper tableware equipment is matched with 3 set hydrapulper. The hydrapulpe that was developed according to the characteristics of molded pulp tableware is equipped with stainless steel body and special side disc after nitriding.Also it is with high pulping efficiency, moderate fiber cutting length, stable structure and no blocking. It is mainly used for repulping raw material during the production such as bagasse, bamboo pulp, wood pulp and reed pulp etc. The pulp concentration is 3-4%, two set hydrapulper’s volume is 1.7m3 with motor power is 22kw, and another one is 2m3 with motor power is 30kw.
2.	Refiner：The refiner which is used in pulping process of our moulded pulp tableware production line adopts special material pulling centrifugal wing wheel to separate inlet As the mature and stable equipment in the paper pulping process, refiner is the ideal defibering equipment during the production of moulded pulp tableware.
3.	Agitator：It is used for mixing pulp to make fiber evenly distributed across the pulp pool. Steel shaft and impeller are made of stainless, equipped with motor and reducer.
4.	Pulp pump:for pulp transferring.
5.	Water pump:It is used for the conveying fresh water and white water.
6.	Control Cabinet:The pulping system of Urinal Bottle production equipment is automatically controlled by PLC and touching screen. All electrical components are Siments brand.

Forming & Drying & Hot-pressing Systems:
This type of paper tableware equipment is equipped with 10 sets of moulded pulp tableware machine.As the model which is of absolute advantage, this paper tableware equipment has adopted Europe's up-date technology and adopted rolling-over forming design to ensure consistent thickness of each product from same mode. 90 degrees elevation spraying system can guarantee the edge of products to be clean and tidy; Hockey stick type pressure output system has abandoned the traditional hydraulic system, it is clean without pollution and can save power, improve capacity and its production efficiency is about 40% higher than similar equipment. All mold platens are disposable processed by large high precision CNC to ensure each product demould smoothly. It is more convenient without crushed, scratched product when changing the mold. The temperature of each product on the same mold is controlled independently, and it can be adjusted flexibly according to the product. The servo motor with gear racks can make the mold to realize horizontal and vertical movement, each mold will have smooth operation, accurate positioning; The function of automatic stacking and counting system can make the process of product finishing, statistics more convenient; The humanized operation interface is simple, convenient and fast; The process of drying, hot-pressing, forming will be automatic continuous completed on the same machine. So it has less ground demand and can save labor with no hands contact to products.??

Auxiliary Equipments:
1.	Vacuum system:This type of paper tableware equipment is equipped with 3 sets vacuum pump, 3 set vacuum drainage tank. The vacuum pump is mainly used for the forming process; pulp fiber will be evenly adhered to the mold through vacuum suction, and then the dehydration process is finished. We adopt the water-ring vacuum pump which will bring low noise, and high & safe & stable vacuum density. Drainage tank is mainly used for the storage of vacuum and white water, it makes the vacuum stable in the production process and water can be recycled effectively. The vacuum drainage tank that was independently developed has only one tank which works with a filtrate pump. Also It has the characteristics of less ground demand, stable vacuum, no waste, smooth drainage which has been appreciated by the molded pulp products manufacturer from the whole world and widely used in the pulp tableware equipment production.

2.	2.Compressed air system::This type of compressed air system of paper tableware equipment is equipped with air compressor, filter refrigerated air dryer, air storage tank.Air compressor works quietly and stably which adopts the screw type.
