Features: The automatic industry package production line IP6000 is consisted of pulp molding pulping system, pulp molding forming system, pulp molding drying system and auxiliary equipments; it is independent research and development by us. The material of this pulp molding production line can be old newspaper, magazine, used cartons, office paper etc, after pulping ,screen, consistency adjustment, forming, drying, hot pressing, cutting, punching, we get the finished products, such as shockproof inner packing, pulp tray and paper lining etc.
Compared with egg tray/egg carton, the character of industry packaging is smaller capacity, varied construction, customizable, higher mold cost, and short life cycle etc.When our team design and develop this pulp molding production line, we take a full consideration of the pulp molding machine’s flexibility, the mold cost is lower and easier to change mold.

2. Upper Platen 2pcs, size: 725×750 mm, upper mold platen entirely plated with stainless steel; Lower platen 1 pc, size: 1500×750mm, the side with mold seated is plated with stainless steel.

7. Air and vacuum tube are separated to prevent the water returning when blowing is on process.
8. Finished products discharge mode: upper mold shifts out and discharge to drying line.
9. Drive: Pneumatic, pneumatic elements are in brand of Airtac, Taiwan.

Introduction of main equipments:
Pulping system:
1. The belt :of pulp molding production line: convey the pulp board to the hydraulic pulper.
2. Hydrapulper:of pulp molding production line: This type of pulp molding equipment is matched with 1 set hydrapulper. The hydrapulpe that was developed according to the characteristics of pulp molding production is equipped with stainless steel body and special-designed side disc after nitriding. It is with high pulping efficiency, moderate fiber cutting length, stable structure and no blocking. It is mainly used for repulping raw material during the production such as bagasse, bamboo pulp, wood pulp and reed pulp etc. The pulp concentration is 3%, power of motor is 55kw, and volume is 4-6m3.

3. Vibrating screen:The raw material for pulp molding industry package production line is mainly old newspaper, used cartons, magazines, books paper and etc, so the pulp will inevitably be doped with impurities after pulping. The main impurities are metal (normally in the book and newspaper, magazine), plastic sheet (normally in used carton material), large rubber (normally in cardboard boxes, magazines) and etc., These will affect the egg tray forming process , so screening devices are the essential parts of pulp molding egg tray production process .
In this model of egg tray production line, the pulping system is equipped with a low frequency vibration screen as the main device to screen impurities in the pulp, such as nails, plastic pieces, stone, rubber etc. The vibration screen is very common in papermaking process. Easy -operation, convenient maintenance, high efficiency, economical and practical.
The low frequency vibration developed by our technical team has a stainless steel screen plate , unique pulp feeding tank and protective cover to avoid pulp splash out . As an essential part of pulp molding egg tray production line, the vibration screen is match with the hydrapulper and it will further lower the break down frequency of the egg tray machine , greatly improve egg tray product quality and at the same time ensure the workshop cleanness to the most.

4. Agitator:It is used for mixing pulp to make fiber evenly distributed across the pulp pool. Steel shaft and impeller are made of stainless, equipped with motor and reducer.

5. Pulp pump:it is used for conveying pulp.

6. Water pump:it is used for conveying fresh water and white water.

7. Control Cabinet:The pulping system of pulp tray production line is automatically controlled by PLC and touching screen. All electrical components are Siemens brand. They are safe and reliable with stable operation, low failure rate and sound after-sales service.

Forming system:
This type of fully automatic pulp molding production line is consisted with forming machine of industry package and control system. Technical team has specially developed the pulp molding industry package machine based on the characteristics of the industry package which has certain height and large output. This model of machine is specially designed for industry package production which has the characteristics of small stroke and large mold platen.
This type of pulp molding industry package machine has adopted the forming method of reciprocating which makes the products be formed by vacuum suction. The vacuum and air compressing tank are separate by special design to avoid the return water blowing back during the transferring process of traditional industry package machine which greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce consumption of vacuum and fuel. In order to ensure the products ‘cleanliness and extend the service life of equipment, the upper mold plate is whole coated with stainless steel, the side of down-mold which installs the mold is also coated with stainless steel. The products will be transferred automatically from transfer mold to drying line after forming, it has low rejection rate without manual operation.
In order to facilitate the daily production operation, this type of industry package machine itself is equipped with touch screen. The operator is very easy and convenient which can set the time of pulp suction, dewatering, transfer and other processes according to the actual products. There are two kinds of operation models, maintenance model and automatic model. The operator can switch freely from one model to the other according to the equipment .Besides the industry package machine also is equipped with sound and light fault alarm and production data statistics function which makes the machine to be convenient, safe and reliable.

Drying System:
As mentioned above, the industry package will be transferred to drying line automatically after forming. The pulp molding industry package production line developed by us has fully considered the character of industry package and fiber’s variability in drying process. On the basis of guaranteeing the quality of the industry package, Our team has designed the quantity and position of the burner and fan reasonably to make full use of the energy.
The drying line of this industry package machine is single layer whose whole chain plates are galvanized. it is stable, durable.
Running speed can be adjusted by frequency depends on the products made by the forming machine.

Hot Pressing System:
1. Hot-pressing machine of pulp molding production,3sets, HP20G-6550.
2. Air-oil pressurized cylinder, cylinder diameter Φ125 mm. Moving distance:400mm.
3. Pressurized pressure: 20T.
4. Gate structured frame, single worker operation switch available.
5. New type insulation material,, better heat and pressure resistant.
6. The heating plate is 45# steel with thermal refining. It can be used for hot-pressing & trimming at same time, the dimension is: 650×500mm,power:8kw.
7. The opening of mold plate: 60-510mm.
8. Maximum pressure: 20T.
9. With infrared safety devices with voltage of 24V.

Edge Cutting Machine:
Used for the trimming and tidying of the products. It can be selected according to the practical requirement.

Auxiliary Equipments:
1. Vacuum system:This type of pulp molding industry package production line is equipped with1set vacuum pump and 1 set vacuum drainage tank. The vacuum pump is mainly used for the forming process; pulp fiber will be evenly adhered to the mold through vacuum suction, and then the dehydration process is finished. We adopt the water-ring vacuum pump which will bring low noise, and high & safe & stable vacuum density. Drainage tank is mainly used for the storage of vacuum and white water, it makes the vacuum stable in the production process and water can be recycled effectively. The vacuum drainage tank that was independently developed has only one tank which works with a filtrate pump. Also it has the characteristics of less ground demand, stable vacuum, no waste, smooth drainage which has been appreciated by the molded pulp products manufacturer from the whole world and widely used in the pulp molding equipment production.

2. Compressed air system: This type of compressed air system of pulp molding industry package production line is equipped with air compressor, filter refrigerated, and air dryer, air storage tank. Air compressor works quietly and stably which adopts the screw type.
