The fully automatic pulp molding egg tray machine model ET6000 developed independently by us is composed of pulp molding pulping system, pulp molding forming system, pulp molding drying system and some auxiliary equipments. Taking old newsprint, magazine or used cartons as the raw material, with the process of pulping, screening, consistency regulating, forming and drying, this egg tray equipment can produce 6000 pcs of egg trays per hour. The same machine can be used to produce moulded pulp egg cartons as well with a higher capacity. By changing to different molds(toolings), this egg tray production line can also produce various of moulded pulp products with large quantity demand and simple structure such as fruit tray (apple tray, avocado tray and etc), coffee cup carrier (4 cup and 2 cup holder) and wine bottle tray. It can also produce some types of inner packages for electric products and disposable medical care products. This full automatic pulp molding egg tray machine controls the whole system automatically by PLC and touch screen. The whole process including pulping, screening, consistency adjustment, supplying, forming, transferring and drying can be controlled by the program without labor involvement in production line. It becomes a popular option in moulded pulp industry due to its low labor cost, low labor intensity, high production efficiency, and low rejection rate. |

1. | Pulp molding Hydrapulper:This pulp molding egg tray production line is equipped with 1 set of hydrapulper. The hydrapulper that was developed according to the characteristics of pulp molding production has a specially designed stainless steel body and side located disc type blade with nitriding treament. Also it is with high pulping efficiency, moderate fiber cutting length, stable structure and non blocking design. It is mainly designed for the pulping of kinds of raw materials used in pulp molding process,such as bagasse,bamboo pulp,wood pulp,weed pulp and etc. The pulping consistency is 4-6%. Power: 55kw. Volume: 3m3.

2. | Vibration Screen:The raw material for pulp molding egg tray production line is mainly old newspaper, used cartons, magazines, books paper and etc, so the pulp will inevitably be doped with impurities after pulping. The main impurities are metal (normally in the book and newspaper, magazine), plastic sheet (normally in used carton material), large rubber (normally in cardboard boxes, magazines) and etc., These will affect the egg tray forming process , so screening devices are the essential parts of pulp molding egg tray production process . In this model of egg tray production line, the pulping system is equipped with a low frequency vibration screen as the main device to screen impurities in the pulp, such as nails, plastic pieces, stone, rubber etc. The vibration screen is very common in papermaking process. Easy operation, convenient maintenance, high efficiency, economical and practical. The low frequency vibration developed by us technical team has a stainless steel screen plate, unique pulp feeding tank and protective cover to avoid pulp splash out. As an essential part of pulp molding egg tray production line, the vibration screen is after the hydrapulper and it will further lower the break down frequency of the egg tray machine, greatly improve egg tray product quality and at the same time ensure the workshop cleanness to the most. |
3. | Consistency regulator system:The pulp molding egg tray production line has been equipped with advanced consistencry regulating system. There is one frequently happened problem during the egg tray production that is uneven weight of egg tray and unsmooth on the surface. It is mainly caused by the unstable pulp supply concentration for forming machine. The traditional consistency regulating system uses the liquid level sensor or the way of marking on the pulp tank to control the consistency of pulp which is imprecise, unstable and with high failure rate. The pulp molding egg tray equipment adopt the high precision consistency regulator to test the pulp concentration on line , and then transmit the data to PLC instantly , so that the clean water pump can pour the required amount of water according to the fixed concentration in the pulp instantly and precisely. In this way, even though the early pulping concentration has slight deviation, it also can ensure the stable concentration of pulp supply as fixed. Consistency required can be set on touch screen which can ensure the pulp with stable consistency can be fed to egg tray forming machine. At the same time this consistency regulating system can greatly lower the labor cost. Before, the pulp pump and water pump are started & stopped by manual and the concentration is controlled by operators during the traditional egg tray production process. Now The egg tray production line has adopted consistency regulator system, so the pulp pump and water pump could be automatically started and stopped according to the data from the concentration testing device. In this way, the water supply will be very precise and the concentration will be uniform to make sure the egg tray weight equal and surface smooth. We have achieved fully automation from pulping, forming to drying.? |
4. | Agitator:It is used for pulp mixing to make fiber spread in the pulp tank evenly. Material of shaft and impeller both are stainless steel, with motor and reducer.

5. | Full Automatic Additive System:With the rapid development of the market, customers require higher and higher standards on the function and performance of the egg trays, such as waterproof and etc. To meet the trend, the pulp molding egg tray production line is equipped with fully automatic additive dosing system which can automatically settle and add the waterproof additives into the pulp according to the requirements automatically and measured. |

We adopt the two- face rotary machine as the main device of this fully automatic pulp molding egg tray production line which is firstly designed by us team. This forming machine has only two pieces sucking templates, one piece transfer template, 10 slices of egg tray mould and 5 pieces of transfer mould could be installed together. The two-face rotary machine perfectly solves the problem of mold high cost, slow to change and hard to match which commonly happened during twelve face rotary machine. What makes the investors more exciting is that power consumption of two face rotary machine save up to 40% compared to twelve face machine

1. | Vacuum system:This model of pulp molding egg tray machine is equipped with one vacuum pump and one vacuum drainage tank. The vacuum pump is mainly used for the forming process; pulp fiber will be evenly spread to the mold through vacuum suction, and then completed the dehydration(dewatering) process. We adopt the liquid-ring vacuum pump which will bring lower noise, higher,safer and more stable vacuum. Drainage tank is mainly used for the storage of vacuum and separate the white water from vacuum, it makes the vacuum stable in the production process and water can be recycled effectively. The vacuum drainage tank that was independently developed has only one tank which works together with a filtrate pump. The tank has the advantage of small space occupation, less vacuum supply turbulence, less vacuum waste, smooth drainage and it has been recognized by the molded pulp products manufacturers world widely used in the pulp molding egg tray production. |
2. | Air compressing system:this type of air compressing system of egg tray production devices is equipped with air compressor, refrigerated air dryer, filter and air storage tank. Air compressor of screw type is applied, which works quietly and stably.
