Features:
The fully automatic top-grade pulp molded industrial package production consists of pulping system and forming drying hot-pressing systemsystem which is designed independently by us. Compared with the normal pulp molded production line, the forming ,drying and hot pressing of this fully automatic top-grade pulp molded industrial package production will be finished in one machine automatically and continuously which has the characters of high degree of automation, small area occupation and product smoothness on both surface and bottom.
The pulping system of this fully automatic super-fine pulp packages production line is fully controlled by PLC from pulping , consistency regulating to pulp supply which perfectly solves the problems of products uneven weight and thickness. The platen、pulp tank、pipe and valve contacted with pulp are stainless steel material to guarantee the cleanness of the product.
Technical Specifications:
1. Upper forming mold base is aluminum, lower forming mold base is stainless steel.Platen size:1300× 750mm, with hydraulic cylinder, lower mold plate lifting stroke is 600mm, minimum shut height is 50mm.
2. Hot-pressing upper & lower mold bases are cast steel with hydraulic cylinders, maximum pressure 35T, lifting stroke 450mm,minimum shut height 50mm. It uses circulating water to cool upper & lower mold base.
3. Heating method : electric heating, fixed fine casted Aluminum heating plate, maximum heating power is 100kw.
4. Control system : PLC + touch screen control, the main electrical components are Siemens brand. Hydraulic is controlled by proportional control valves, positioning by precise electronic measurement.
5. Stainless steel pulp tank. Double-sided overflow.
6. Forming methods: Automatic reciprocating molding.
7. Drying method: full automatic thermoforming, forming drying, pressing process are completed in one machine automatically and continuously.
8. Main drive system: hydraulic system, components in brand of Rexroth, Yuken Japan, and Taiwanese brands.
9. Product range: height ≤ 150MM, thickness ≤ 1.5MM.
10. Forming efficiency: 45-300 seconds / drop (depending on the product).
11. All pipes(gas, water,pulp pipe) are made of stainless steel; vacuum and compressed air tank on the top of the machine is coated with stainless steel.
12. machine precision: plate flatness ≤ 0.1mm, pressing upper and lower plate parallel ≤ 0.25mm Repeat positioning accuracy ≤ 0.05mm.
13. There is repair channel in the middle with quick mold changing devices at two sides.
14. It is equipped with stacker for automatic stacking and conveying.
Introduction of main equipments:
Pulping system:
1. The hydrapulper: This pulp molding egg tray production line is equipped with 1 set of hydrapulper. The hydrapulper that was developed according to the characteristics of pulp molding production has a specially designed stainless steel body and side located disc type blade with nitriding treament. Also it is with high pulping efficiency, moderate fiber cutting length, stable structure and non blocking design. It is mainly designed for the pulping of kinds of raw materials used in pulp molding process,such as bagasse,bamboo pulp,wood pulp,weed pulp and etc. The pulping consistency is 3-4%. Power: 30kw. Volume: 2m3.

2. Agitator: It is used for pulp mixing to make fiber spread in the pulp tank evenly. Material of shaft and impeller both are stainless steel, with motor and reducer.

3. Pulp pump: It is used for the conveying pulp.

4. Water pump: It is used for the conveying fresh water and white water.

5. Control Cabinet: The pulping process of this egg tray production equipment is fully automatically controlled by PLC and touch screen. All electrical components are Siemens brand with high satisfy and reliability, low failure rate, safe and after-sales service guaranteed.

Forming system:
This type of pulp molded top-grade package production line is equipped with?5?sets Finery Pulp Moulding Machine. After 10 years of development and practice, the research team with 30 people has developed the fourth generation of molded pulp top-grade industries package product device successfully. Compared to the early same type machine, this Finery Pulp Moulding Machine has the character of platen processing high precision, precise positioning and running stableness, continuous production. Especially this Finery Pulp Moulding Machine can produce the high-difficulty pulp molded product with draft angle of 1.5 degree even 0 degree which filled the blank in the industries. The pulp molded package expands its applications in the package area with nature of environmental friendly to take more advantage in the competition with traditional package like blister, bubble. Currently, the pulp molded top-grade paper pallet package device produced by us is widely used in the package for famous cell phone as iPhone、HTC and etc as well as other electronic product.

Edge cutting machine:
This machine is used for edge cutting which is optional according to needs.

Auxiliary Equipments:
1. Vacuum system: This model of pulp molding egg tray machine is equipped with two vacuum pump and two vacuum drainage tank. The vacuum pump is mainly used for the forming process; pulp fiber will be evenly spread to the mold through vacuum suction, and then completed the dehydration(dewatering) process. We adopt the liquid-ring vacuum pump which will bring lower noise, higher,safer and more stable vacuum. Drainage tank is mainly used for the storage of vacuum and separate the white water from vacuum, it makes the vacuum stable in the production process and water can be recycled effectively. The vacuum drainage tank that was independently developed has only one tank which works together with a filtrate pump. The tank has the advantage of small space occupation, less vacuum supply turbulence, less vacuum waste, smooth drainage and it has been recognized by the molded pulp products manufacturers world widely used in the pulp molding egg tray production.

2. Air compressing system: this type of air compressing system of egg tray production devices is equipped with air compressor, refrigerated air dryer, filter and air storage tank. Air compressor of screw type is applied, which works quietly and stably.

Mold takes the indispensible role in the production of pulp molding ?production. All molds for fully automatic pulp molding egg tray production line are designed and manufactured independently by us in house. The molds designed by our professional technical team are durable, smooth, and they never scratch products, easy to adjust . All of the molds are designed with fully considering of different fiber characteristics in forming, drying and hot pressing process. The mold is completed after dedicated CNC process, precise drilling, professional mesh-wrapping and special surface treatment.The materials of the toolding can be various according to customers’ requirements and service life of the products, such as copper, solid aluminum etc.
